The SuperWall (Secure America for Eternity) Increase security along the border with advanced and eco-friendly technology Be it enacted by the Members of the McG Congress of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. Destination S.A.F.E This Act may be cited as the “Destination S.A.F.E.” SECTION 2. FINDINGS I.21 foot radius à251 per mile à50,200,000 million wall II.Over 20 million illegal immigrants III.Over 397 billion spent on illegal immigrants IV.390,000 illegal immigrants actually apprehended V.830 billion spent in Iraq oChannel this money to the funding of a secure, technologically advanced Super Wall
The Alternative: I.2,000 mile long wall II.Estimated 800 million – 2 billion III.10 million per mile SECTION 3: PURPOSE The goals of this bill are to:
provide the security for the border that it presently lacks
Erect the Super Wall: sufficient, effective and savvy wall of protection then the alternative 2000 mile long wall spanning the border between Mexico and the U.S.
a more cost-efficient alternative
harness the power of green technology to power this technologically advanced wall
drastically reduce the number of illegal immigrants that successfully ‘border hop’
increase security along the wall in addition to Super Wall
SECTION 3. ELIGIBILITY. Those who will encounter the amenities of this bill are those who attempt to border hop illegally and, because of the technology that this bill introduces, will be apprehended and stopped from entering into the United States more efficiently than ever before. Those who will reap the benefits of this bill is every citizen of America who has been hindered by the illegal immigrant and all of those who attempt to apply for citizenship/come to the states by not being short changed by those who do not want to do so lawfully. SECTION 4. BLUE PRINT Instead of spending billions of dollars on a 2000 mile long, concrete wall spanning the border between Mexico and the U.S., a Super Wall will be constructed with a minimum radius of 21 feet. This Super Wall will possess the latest technology and harness the power of infrared radiation and proelectric sensor that are sensitive to body heat. Because of this sensitivity it will clearly react to the body heat produced by animals and accordingly a filter window will be added to the sensor to only detect human body heat from 8 to 14mm range. This is also a green option because the proelectric sensor made of a crystalline material generates a surface electric charge when exposed to heat which powers the detectors. Because the border possesses heat in surplus the system will always have enough heat to work.
